Kai Fain

Managing Director

Mr. Fain studied law in Düsseldorf and worked for many years with an insurance company in the field of sales and claims processing during his studies. After his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, he worked as a paralegal in a medium-sized law firm in Frankfurt am Main. Since 2012 he has been chief editor of the Corporate Compliance Journal (CCZ). In September 2014, Mr. Fain joined DICO as Assistant to the Managing Director before taking over as Managing Director in May 2015.

 

 

Manuela Runge

Head of Member Service, Communication and Event Management

As Head of Member Service, Communication and Event Management of the German Institute for Compliance e.V., Ms. Runge takes care of both member support, the external image of the association and the organizational area in the DICO office. She is available to our members for questions regarding membership, the working groups, the organization of DICO or for technical support of our intranet.
The further development of the DICO website, the content and graphic design of our intranet as well as the creative implementation of the work results from the working groups are also part of her area of responsibility. Ms. Runge organizes regular events and multi-day events, such as the annual DICO FORUM Compliance and the DICO Talks.

 

Anita Voigtländer

Head of Event Management

As a trained advertising manager, Ms. Voigtländer’s main focus is on organization. She has many years of experience in event and project management of events, congresses and conferences as well as seminars in various fields.

Now she supports the DICO office as head of event management in the implementation of the different events and online formats. Together with Ms. Runge, Ms. Voigtländer takes care of the content of regular DICO Talks and multi-day events, such as the annual DICO FORUM Compliance.

Government, Finance & Controlling

Mr. Hüffel was full-time mayor and head of authorities of a medium-sized municipality in North Rhine-Westphalia for 10 years. He studied administrative sciences and business administration at the Middle Rhine Academy of Administration in Bonn. Since September 2015 he has been responsible for Government and Finance at DICO.
