Mr. Fain studied law in Düsseldorf and worked for many years with an insurance company in the field of sales and claims processing during his studies. After his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, he worked as a paralegal in a medium-sized law firm in Frankfurt am Main. Since 2012 he has been chief editor of the Corporate Compliance Journal (CCZ). In September 2014, Mr. Fain joined DICO as Assistant to the Managing Director before taking over as Managing Director in May 2015.

As graphic designer and assistant to the management of the German Institute for Compliance, Ms. Runge is responsible for both the external image and the organizational aspects of the DICO office. She designs all publications, supports our working groups in implementing their guidelines and working papers, and plans events lasting several days with her colleagues, such as the annual DICO Forum, regular salon discussions and other events. In addition, Ms. Runge takes over the coordination with our cooperation partners in the graphic area.
Government, Finance & Controlling
Mr. Hüffel was full-time mayor and head of authorities of a medium-sized municipality in North Rhine-Westphalia for 10 years. He studied administrative sciences and business administration at the Middle Rhine Academy of Administration in Bonn. Since September 2015 he has been responsible for Government and Finance at DICO.
